Your videos are well done and very informative.As I am jusy trying to get motivated again.For motivation,do you ever do flexing videos as your are obviously in great shape? You talk fast(like I do),are you from Pa.?
@yellowgoy This is actually a great way to finish up a workout, but the other day, doing this with my calf raises, I did 5 sets of this first thing in my workout. (and I still can't walk today :)
No point in training to failure when you're aiming for muscle hypertrophy...lol'd
