I bet you were gutted you werent whacking the zingers on the hotplate, at least you would have sampled the big 16 cackling at the crossing !! :)
yes i was! although i did see 2 47s with a few mk3s leave paignton back in 2007, and a 159 leave the same time as a steam loco. the steamer tooted, the 159 blasted. also we just! had almost 2 weeks of xc hst action too :-D
thats amazing. it was my day off work at kfc there and damn for once i wish i was working then! top vid 5*
