Kenshiro seems to let the little guys give him tiny cuts a lot before kicking their asses. He does it throughout the series if you'll notice. I think he does it on purpose or something.

Personally, I think he does it just to make them feel that they're doing well, just so that it comes as a serious shock to them when he curb stomps them without any effort.

The way Kenshiro gets rid of Komaku is way more cooler in the manga for my taste. After Komaku blew up the dam, he tried to poor a vial of poison into the water to kill all villagers. Ken kicks that vial from Komaku's hands into his mouth, then presses those neck points and has him drinking it. After that he kicks him in his mouth, launching him into orbit and Komaku dies after landing between his goons. He couldn't even touch Ken.

@cnh2132 In the manga Yuda couldn't touch Rei without the dam and Rei was joking (he didn't kill Yuda but humiliated him), so it is quite stupid that a servant of Yuda can scratch Kenshiro: fighters like Diamond could only because Kenshiro allowed it!
