If only Tharoor had shown this enthusiasm for his constituency which he has clearly dumped. Mayawati is better. At least she does something for name sake. Patna will be declared garbage free city soon and filthy sewage overflowing TVM will be declared pot hole global city for mentally deranged suicidal maniacs and perverts.
