@timg4444 i have tales of valor 2,500 patch and i cant play online on that patch right so i have to download the 2.501 to be able to create an account. but when i download that patch it says that i have an unrecognized patch

@444bigguy well i never got tales of valor, i stoped playing before it came out, but i would try reinstalling the game and downloading the patches again from vanilla, that always worked for OF or CoH

i used a program called fraps, its free but only records for so long, thats why the video jumps around alot. then you just put the frap recordings in windows movie maker and upload it

yea i started playing a few days ago, its a lil more balanced now which im happy about, anything but 1v1 is bad unless you have a team set but other wise its alright

it was more infi spamming out of necessity to keep up with his spam of grens. i had the majority of resource points on the map just not enough MP to make a croc till the end. plus this is a super old video like not long after OF first came out. ami infi is was stronger now

Well I still play it :DYou generaly have like 7 thousend players online if I am right.

There are already 2 new expansion with 2 new armies (The British and the Panzer Elite) and some new vehicles which remplace if you want to specified vehicles. This alows you to customize your army and your tactics. The is now a total of 6 different campaigns.

I hope this makes you buying the new expansions:O

beh ive been around since VCoH, the only thing it really has going for it is the cover system. id like to see the ability for building battles like in Blitzkrieg (1,2) or (i think) ETW. also i prefer realistic RTS games which tales of valor is supposed to have so i might get it idk. i just noticed ur comment below, the player against me was like #93 in PE at the time so he was skilled, i figured he would try to infi spam mp44's and schrecks and i turned out right so really i didn't needbuilding

Well, I think it's not just the cover system. I think Relic have made a game just works all around. The enviroment, the balance of the game between units, the stratigies, voices and music, everything is so well planned. It's realistic, but not so much that it ruins the fun and the game.

After I have played CoH I have never thought "Hey, this new RTS looks great." I just can't, cause I know what CoH can give me :)

i would suggest not, building 2 barracks costs more oil than what is needed, you should build 1 barracks/ heavy weps building then get a mortor pool or (if you think you can in time) tanks.

If you're playing against a high level player it would be your defeat. You do not pocess that many resources to take advantage of the building. You'll never need that much infantry either.

yes but createing a weapons support center cost oil, and i had no clue what this guy was up to, like i said he only had the flak panzer and a recon car i though he would spam panzer 4's so i kept oil in reserve for shermans but it turns out he didn't so yes i SHOULD have made a 2 or 3 man sniper group to take out infi sections and flak guns ect. but i didn't know at the time

i was chasing the recon car at 1:45 and i was useing the truck, there just wasn't enough room to cover 2 squads plus if if i had moved for the house the same effect would have happend

at 1:45 when fighting those Panzer Grenadiers you shouldnt have stould out in the road, it leave your men exposed and they take more damage. Not to nag or anything but you probably should have tried to get into the building and put a squad behind the truck and used the last squad to try and flank them to the right using the men in the building as cover.

i did use cover BTW when attacking the flak gun i used charged up for the rangers, they just got the shit blown out of em, and he only build the flak gun, which is killed by 2 AT shots and a few recon cars so ranger spam wasn't really needed, i just used them until i got BARS for the thompsons

O. And next time since i seen you had Rangers. Wait a bit and make a full population of ranger squads. They will make tanks useless and make an infantry push a lot more useful since they take more damage before u have to retreat them.

timg did do the right thing in one aspect, he tried to flank the AA gun but ranger spamming isnt a good tactic. Just look at what happened to his squads when he took that AA gun head on, they got annihilated. You need to bring a sniper to the front and stick him behind a regular squad to protect against a rush from infantry and have the sniper take out the AA gun crew and then rush it to take it for your own and turn it on the PE.

No. Its not hard. I suck at RTS games and i am not to bad at it. Its a really good game except alot of laggers online. And you could have used some more strategy by using cover to flank the infantry squads so u don't take such heavy casualties.

well i certainly don't suck cause ive been playing since vanilla CoH, and if you have any idea's on how to do a better job of killing OP 3 man squads with flame nades, go ahead and share id love to hear idea's ive already tried. as for my comp specs....well i really don't know and i couldn't care less, i just know its like a generic alian ware
