unfortunately her co-star in this movie is the boring overhyped cartoon hero Rajinikanth although he useed to act reasonable in those days. Sridevi proves why she is one of the best actresses in this movie by coming out with a very subtle restrained performance obliterating Rajinikanth completely.

Hi Vinod, The fact is Sridevi is been groomed as a great actress in Tamil, telugu (south) movies before she set a hallmark in Bollywood, so do hemamalini, etc Your emotion of intense dislike by putting Rajni as cartoon is answered by the impact that the movie Robot has made globally, which no other Bollywood heroes could even think of, Mind you of die-hard fans that he has and his benevolence nature where as many Bollywood heroes didn't even pay taxes.

this film was aired 1 day on a regional channel. i remember seeing 1 scene where Sridevi is backstage or somewhere surrounded by her fans & rajni is trying to give her a bouquet of flowers but i could'nt understand the story cos i don't know Tamil. i always wanted to know what that film was about. thanks to this video upload i got curious again and decided to find out more. eager to see this movie now
