justonemorename You could be right about Israel because I've just read that the BBC uncovered a document stating that the British sold Israel heavy water and that it should be kept secret from the Americans. It looks like the British government helped them. South Africa got the technology fron the Israel but I couldn't find any evidence of UK involvement. The US sold heavy water to India. Canada and West Germany sold technology to India and Israel and the Soviet Union supplied the missiles.
France and Russia also helped India get Nuclear weapons too. Pakistan's nuclear program was funded by the Saudis who brought in an expert who had knowledge of German technology after having worked in the Netherlands. China helped Pakistan too. Pakistan helped North Korea to get Nuclear weapons. My guess is that there are a lot more countries involved in nuclear proliferation than I've mentioned here.
Test a god awful amount of nukes, build a god awful amount and store them, then make a sanction that from now on no one can test (after we finished our test) nukes. Then go and mess with others because they want to learn to make nukes themselves.
