  • Try it with an Em chord instead of the second G.

    So (ignoring the capo) you're playing G D Em C.

    The Dougie version (in E) has an additional progression but most covers, including paulo nutinis don't bother.

    I think at the time it sounded right to me (I found it on a whim :p) but playing as suggested, yeah it does sound better. Maybe a version 2 this year :p
