Is the filter on the camera - or the software? And if software, which do you use? Hope you don't mind me asking.

It's a filter on the software, and I use PowerDirector Pro by Cyberlink. I actually have to use it because the files on my camera are all .MOD and I can't get other softwares to read those raw files. Maybe the really expensive ones can.

I should add, however, that these images were originally still images put together in Windows Movie Maker, but then I imported the wmv file into PowerDirector and applied the filter.
