actually i watched it, medusa is dev mode, so is the first part with modded stuff, the aimbot sucks, i can get one that gets headshot ea. shot, instead of half a clip

mine does, I just got a nasty habit of doing a "wiggle" to avoid shots, usually forcing the lead to go the wrong direction. And yes, the only mods I have on here are sniper rifles that fire tank shells.

LAN only. but Internet works if you host the server or set it on a diff. server (requires the rcon pass)

However it pisses people off because they can't see the changes and they get lag.

How do you use devmode??

You download devmode, and then you just open it, then open halo, then press the buttons you want to use.

You can alternately use the control panel on halo to make it work, but it takes time and alot of practice using.
