"And upon the first [day] of the week, when the disciples came together to break bread, Paul preached unto them, ready to depart on the morrow; and continued his speech until midnight."-Acts 20:7...This verse does not state they did it EVERY first day of the week.

"For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord's death till he come."-1 Cor 11:26....Notice it says, "For as often", not "Every first day of the week".

I tried to prove the Trinity from scripture but then I couldn't find any verses to support it :(

I tried again and it said that it detected a duplicate comment. So I added a few words to make it different and than sent it again. However it still isn't telling me that it is pending so I don't know if it worked or not. I could e-mail it to you or something...
