For your kind information , the mod puts in minor tweaks to your game. The multiplayer (especcially Vice-city) is not very developed and the ping and lagg is very high on even the fastest computers

@APLHAKILLER Yes the PC does pwn this PS2. I myself own a PS2 and don't own a gaming PC, but I have played on Vice City on a PC before and it is better. However, the PS2 is still a very good console, if not the best console.

Well, its true.

PC will always be superior over console. Of course the game gets better on PC. Console is really restricting. PS3 is run at a hardware that is over five years old. Its nothing new though. Personally I play GTA on console only because I like the feeling of it more.
