I found Freeze fix ,steps. start. right click(my computer)property's. Advance Tab. Settings( performance).Visual Affects processor,mem usage,and virtual memory. Advance tab. click Change (Virtual Memory). Customs Size (Initial Side 4000). Maximum size ( 4000). click set. Ok. you might have to restart your computer. this will help every thing to load faster. let me know you that fixed your freeze troubles.good luck

@Cresenta my Computer kept running slow. yep and I upped the virtual memory.couple of monthes later I got a new Computer model ( Pavilion dv7-3180us Note book. and its got Quad Core 6 GB Memory Ram. Intel i7 windows  7 home premium ( Nvidia Geforce with Cuda and ) and now my computer never gets slow.

@Cresenta Windows Xp will slow down a lot because it only had 512 mb Memory ram and now many of the new computer have 6 to 8 gb of ram memory. times have changed and many will have to come to realize is that windows xp will go out of date even if u like it so much.buying a whole new computer with today's technology will make your life more easier . windows 7 quad core load faster and never crashes. and cpu almost never hits 6 % on Quad core. yea its amazing. I payed 1300 dollars for it

@Cresenta if you ever want to try getting a new computer I think Walmart will have a good one. you can get Quad core Desktop for around 800.00 and if that's too much for u payment options on home shopping networks might work. Dual Core might be a lot better Xp because XP only support up to 3gb of ram and your computer has to be programed to understand more Ram memory
