Surfacial Scratches will even occur if you put the HD2 in your jeanspocket, but you can only see em in sunlight or under the desk light (these very bright lamps which get hot while thyre on lol).

A friend of mine cleaned the display by whiping the phone over his jeans and now i got those funny scratches all over the glass :) And no they wont go away by cleaning it :p

Mine used to freeze up because the home screen itself is actually an Application, and it can fail, and It messes up the whole phone its called Htc Sense, and then I turned a lock passcode on one time, I had to factory reset it and I lost everything, then I sent it in for a replacment, and its better, but it still has the same problems. Aside from that, since it is a windows mobile phone it has HORRIBLE apps, best thing I have found is a knockoffofpapertoss
