perhaps you must forget about everything you learned in the past and accept new points of view. Maybe by doing that you will discover things you have never discovered before.
thanks, Dan! thank you for the info, encouragement and advice! I'm glad I watched this video. I have stomach/GI tract paralysis and have been doing what you said without even knowing of your video. Hope to see some improvement!
My area doesn't have a good variety of organic fruit -- apples, pears, and grapes are pretty much it. Are these good enough? I'm going to try to see if I can find stores that carry more organic fruit -- travelling a bit is worth it if I can get even a little better. :-)
Very informative video, but I am skeptical about your limitless encouragement for eating fruits. Don't get me wrong, fruits are great, but they also contain (natural) sources of fructose, hence, they are generally high in sugar. This can potentially interfere with insulin levels and cause your blood sugar to go way overboard... Just a thought ;)
great video i am turning a new leaf for may and allowing health health health into my life with raw fruits and vegetables into my life on a consisten basis.
What are some good raw fruits and vegetables to recommend? I was thinking Blueberries for fruit and Wheat grass for vegetables, preferably drinking the wheat grass in liquid form. Any other Good fruit and vegtable suggestions? I was also told that Sardines are great aswell
@Ryan4twenty I recommend eating & drinking the fruits and vegetables that YOU personally find to be delicious! The answer may be different depending on the day, the season, your location... just go with the flow, and go with your taste buds. You can do this! :D
@liferegenerator Yes, I seen a video of some dr. lecturing about this, and he said that it is good to add a wide variety of different fruits and vegetables. So its time to try different ones I never had before see how that goes
i do have one question: what is the difference between buying fruits and vegetables from a local grocery store (giant, safeway, whatever) and buying it from a store that is marked organic(i'm not sure what these stores are called or how to find them)?
Hi there! When possible, buying organic produce is always preferred...but if you can't afford it, whatever produce you can find is better than no produce at all and/or it's better than unhealthy, processed foods! Organic produce is grown under healthier conditions and no toxic pesticides are used (some all-natural, non-toxic pesticides might be used in organic). Organic produce is healthier for you, it has more vitamins & minerals and it oftentimes just tastes better too! Can you dig it? :D
Also, it IS actually possible to find some organic produce items at reg. grocery stores like Giant & Safeway, so no need to shut those stores out completely. Things like a 'natural grocery store,' a 'local coop,' & a 'farmer's market' are pretty much guaranteed to have organic produce + it's more likely to be LOCALLY GROWN, meaning it's better for the environment (no toxic emissions from having to transport the food) & it's better for YOU to eat in tune w/ the season of your local surroundings!
What do you mean when your saying herbal greens? Are you talking about vegetables? Some herbs are dangerous they say especially in some combinations etc.
this video is so INFORMATIVE. this stuff is so important. knowing what fruits do (energy), veggies do (minerals), omega fatty acids....the bio-energy of the raw foods....amazing. people need to get more informed about what they eat. and you are definitely helping spread the info
I love this video! I suffered a stroke, from a car accident no less, and am always looking for ways to heal myself from the inside out. I was only 23 yr. when it happened so I got back on my feet within a year. Yay fruits and veges!
Dude your videos make salivate, honestly. I am 22 and I haven't eaten raw or fresh foods in YEARS. Hearing you talk about it reminds me how good those things are, and that's something people need to remember. These foods aren't just good for you, they are absolutely delicious as well.
Usuall bananas are seedles, hybridized.. wild banana has beautiful dark seeds. I would be interested, if that does mean, that foods like bananas, kiwi are worthless or not? Also, they are transported from far away places and picked before being rippen.
yes, the Bananas we get in usa Markets are highly hybridized and altered so that NO seeds remain, so yea they're seedless obviously.
Natural wild grown out in nature bananas have small dark hard seeds ! Like alot of the fruit grown for American consumption anymore sadly
Much of it is hybridized , NO we dont have access to natural seeded Bananas , BUT what you can do now is ALWAYS buy your Citrus, apples, cucumbers, grapes etc. WITH SEEDS.
I find if I eat mostly fruit and greens, I end up totally wired, bloated and always feeling hungry. I'm not an athlete... unless you count hurdling over kid's toys and chasing a toddler... but I do walk 30 minutes daily... Maybe always feeling hungry is an emotional thing, too... but I would love to find a good balance so I actually feel satiated by a meal, have energy, but am not perpetually bloated from huge salads! Any suggestions to beat the bloat? :-)

Yes but you want to make sure the Fruits have their SEEDS in tact. and Organic if you can afford it.
Seedless Fruit is totally un natural , ultra hybridized and low in Nutrition.
