  • I love you XD

  • i love this guy

  • watch the documentary forks over knives highly recommended for those who want to change their unhealthy eating habits

  • but why do they say like vegetarians are likely to be weak and more prone to illness ?? Confused about so many different points of view.

  • @realmadridvideos

perhaps you must forget about everything you learned in the past and accept new points of view. Maybe by doing that you will discover things you have never discovered before.

  • @realmadridvideos i feel like its because the energy is "easy come, easy go"

  • Dan you talk about how you can run long distances, perhaps you are an endurance athlete more than a strength athlete

  • Is Dan the Man a burner?

  • @disan06 wats a burner?

  • @disan06 Someone who goes to Burning Man :)

  • I love you Dan the Man.

  • thanks, Dan! thank you for the info, encouragement and advice! I'm glad I watched this video. I have stomach/GI tract paralysis and have been doing what you said without even knowing of your video. Hope to see some improvement!

My area doesn't have a good variety of organic fruit -- apples, pears, and grapes are pretty much it. Are these good enough? I'm going to try to see if I can find stores that carry more organic fruit -- travelling a bit is worth it if I can get even a little better. :-)

  • you are a real inspiration Dan :))

  • I can dig it :)

  • Love your videos, Dan! How may servings of fruit should I have per day? Is there such a thing as taking in too much sugar and getting headaches?

  • Always great information Dan! Thank you again for inspiring us to get healthy!

  • Very informative video, but I am skeptical about your limitless encouragement for eating fruits. Don't get me wrong, fruits are great, but they also contain (natural) sources of fructose, hence, they are generally high in sugar. This can potentially interfere with insulin levels and cause your blood sugar to go way overboard... Just a thought ;)

  • A+ I gota get me some books

  • great video i am turning a new leaf for may and allowing health health health into my life with raw fruits and vegetables into my life on a consisten basis.

What are some good raw fruits and vegetables to recommend? I was thinking Blueberries for fruit and Wheat grass for vegetables, preferably drinking the wheat grass in liquid form. Any other Good fruit and vegtable suggestions? I was also told that Sardines are great aswell

  • @Ryan4twenty I recommend eating & drinking the fruits and vegetables that YOU personally find to be delicious! The answer may be different depending on the day, the season, your location... just go with the flow, and go with your taste buds. You can do this! :D

  • @liferegenerator Yes, I seen a video of some dr. lecturing about this, and he said that it is good to add a wide variety of different fruits and vegetables. So its time to try different ones I never had before see how that goes

  • Angstroms are a unit of length right??? Energy units involve the pascal, Joule, and calorie.

  • neat.

  • what r sum good oils? i eat allot of salads n supplement it w olive oil n canola 2 helps assimilate the minerals n vitamins. thank you

  • hi dan do you have a facebook?

  • Hi! Yes, just check the link in the info section of every video & on my channel page. :D

  • Hey,

I am absolutely all for the evolution of mankind!

i do have one question: what is the difference between buying fruits and vegetables from a local grocery store (giant, safeway, whatever) and buying it from a store that is marked organic(i'm not sure what these stores are called or how to find them)?

  • Hi there! When possible, buying organic produce is always preferred...but if you can't afford it, whatever produce you can find is better than no produce at all and/or it's better than unhealthy, processed foods! Organic produce is grown under healthier conditions and no toxic pesticides are used (some all-natural, non-toxic pesticides might be used in organic). Organic produce is healthier for you, it has more vitamins & minerals and it oftentimes just tastes better too! Can you dig it? :D

  • Also, it IS actually possible to find some organic produce items at reg. grocery stores like Giant & Safeway, so no need to shut those stores out completely. Things like a 'natural grocery store,' a 'local coop,' & a 'farmer's market' are pretty much guaranteed to have organic produce + it's more likely to be LOCALLY GROWN, meaning it's better for the environment (no toxic emissions from having to transport the food) & it's better for YOU to eat in tune w/ the season of your local surroundings!

  • What do you mean when your saying herbal greens? Are you talking about vegetables? Some herbs are dangerous they say especially in some combinations etc.

  • this video is so INFORMATIVE. this stuff is so important. knowing what fruits do (energy), veggies do (minerals), omega fatty acids....the bio-energy of the raw foods....amazing. people need to get more informed about what they eat. and you are definitely helping spread the info

  • I didn't know Jesus knew how to make youtube video ha

  • Great vid, Dan.

  • 10 with a bullet!!!!!!

  • DAN, I REALLY DID THAT.....

  • AMAZINGLY AWESOME video!!!

    Thank You Dan!!

    Peace and Love!

    <3

  • I can dig it X 5

  • I love this video! I suffered a stroke, from a car accident no less, and am always looking for ways to heal myself from the inside out. I was only 23 yr. when it happened so I got back on my feet within a year. Yay fruits and veges!

  • Great info Dan! PEOPLE, EAT FRUIT FRUIT FRUIT

  • That reminds me to read that book. Note to self: read more. Dan the perspective man!

  • Don't forget the Fresh Herb Wintergreen...it helps alot with stroke recovery... the brains regeneration...right !

  • Dude your videos make salivate, honestly. I am 22 and I haven't eaten raw or fresh foods in YEARS. Hearing you talk about it reminds me how good those things are, and that's something people need to remember. These foods aren't just good for you, they are absolutely delicious as well.

  • mercury is one of the worst nerve killers, especially in vaccines and fish.

fruit is high vibe! high vibe smoothie, pear, apple, parsley. YUM!

  • That was awesome advice! It makes to much sense. Fruits are the best, because they support the light body.

  • Yes but you want to make sure the Fruits have their SEEDS in tact. and Organic if you can afford it.

Seedless Fruit is totally un natural , ultra hybridized and low in Nutrition.

Seedless fruits have lost their Biogenic life force

  • I eat mostly organic fruit. I only eat fruits with seeds still in them.

I am a fruitarian, at least for now, my diet is 100% live fruits and vegetables, low fat, no avocados, no salt. The healing is amazing.

  • are you saying bananas are seedless?

  • Usuall bananas are seedles, hybridized.. wild banana has beautiful dark seeds. I would be interested, if that does mean, that foods like bananas, kiwi are worthless or not? Also, they are transported from far away places and picked before being rippen.

  • yes, the Bananas we get in usa Markets are highly hybridized and altered so that NO seeds remain, so yea they're seedless obviously.

Natural wild grown out in nature bananas have small dark hard seeds ! Like alot of the fruit grown for American consumption anymore sadly

Much of it is hybridized , NO we dont have access to natural seeded Bananas , BUT what you can do now is ALWAYS buy your Citrus, apples, cucumbers, grapes etc. WITH SEEDS.

  • heard apple seeds have trace amounts of cyanide

  • i Never said to eat the fruit seeds

what im saying is their prescence still intact inside the fruit means it has its biogenic life force

Seedless Fruits are totally un natural and a very tampered with ' frankenstein food' stay away from them. they are a very fragmented food

Eat Fruits that have their natural SEEDS in tact, the way nature intended

  • No wonder why raw eaters are so happy ;)

  • I find if I eat mostly fruit and greens, I end up totally wired, bloated and always feeling hungry. I'm not an athlete... unless you count hurdling over kid's toys and chasing a toddler... but I do walk 30 minutes daily... Maybe always feeling hungry is an emotional thing, too... but I would love to find a good balance so I actually feel satiated by a meal, have energy, but am not perpetually bloated from huge salads! Any suggestions to beat the bloat? :-)

  • This is wonderful information. You explained it so clearly. I appreciate it greatly.

  • DAN and Krista are in trouble and they need our help fast ASAP to stay on Youtube!!...........We cant Let DAN THE MAN WITH THE MASTER PLAN GO DOWN WITHOUT A FIGHT ...THE liferegenerator won the Best of Raw Awards 2009 and he helps us more than any raw food guy out there he is kind loving and generous .............SO PLEASE ALL YOU LIFEREGENERATORS OUT THERE DONATE AT LEAST A $1 OR MORE IT WILL GO A VERY LONG WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Have a lovely one :)

  • Important information Dan! Awesome! Smile away dude!

  • Does the same apply if we juice fruits? Can the non-organic fruits still help regenerate? because it's hard and expensive for me to buy organic.

  • YES! Especially if you BELIEVE that they can. ;-)

  • big giant smile

    : )

  • Greaat video! thank u so much!! :D

  • I have a video I just did two days ago that I haven't posted yet about raising your frequency with fruits and veggies and exercise. It totally works. The higher your vibration, the easier it is to keep making healthy choices!

  • Thanks so much - your videos are very inspirational for me.....keep on.....PEACE

  • great info. Would you put the link for the book on the side bar?

  • done!

  • Thanks bro.

  • HAHA nice smile =). awesome info. thanks dan!!

  • Great vid! Thanks so much! ... how do you get your EFA then? from Avocados only?

  • Here are the top 23 plant sources of omega 3s!

    (1)Flaxseed Oil or Seeds (2)Chia Seeds (3)Walnuts (4)Ground Cloves (5)Oregano (6)Marjoram (7)Mustard Seed (yellow) (8)Grape Leaves (9)Chinese Broccoli (aka Chinese Kale, Kai-lan, Gai Lan) (10)Spinach (fresh or frozen) (11)Tarragon (12)Capers (13)Cauliflower (14)Arugula (15)Romaine Lettuce (16)Spearmint (17)Peppermint (18)Sweet Peppers (19)Basil (20)Broccoli Rabe (21)Zucchini / Courgette (22)Onions (yellow) (23)Alfalfa Sprouts

  • What about the omega 6? :D arent we supposed to be getting twice as much 6 as 3? ^^

  • YES! But you don't really need to 'worry' about getting enough Omega-6s (see Wikipedia to see why)

    TOP SOURCES of Omega 6s

    OILS

Safflower, Grapeseed, Sunflower, Poppyseed, Wheat Germ, Corn, Walnut, Cottonseed, Sesame, Olive, Apricot Kernel, Flaxseed

    NUTS

Walnuts, White Walnuts / Butternuts, Pine Nuts, Black Walnuts, Pecans, Brazil Nuts, Pistachios, Almonds

    SEEDS

Sunflower, Watermelon, Poppy, Safflower, Sesame (+Tahini), Pumpkin, Squash

    LEGUMES

    Peanuts (Valencia, Spanish, Virginia)

  • Thanks :) I just was reading once that the 6's were less than the 3's in most healthy fatty foods, like chia seeds and I assumed it must be like that for a lot of fatty foods, but obviously I don't know enough, it's quite clear we need to think more of the 3's since they are so comercialized and used to sell butters and pills by many commpanys :) thanks xx

  • @milokito No hemp seed / oil?

  • Yes, hemp seed oil (I had gotten the info from nutritiondata(dot)com and interestingly enough they don't include hemp in their database at ALL! hmmm....)

  • this was great D!!!did you get my hubby's message to ya? he told ya he things you are a cool dude and subscribed once again:)

  • I got his message and I have always thought his videos are awesome! Keep up the good work over there! We gotta get the word out! :D

  • time for you guys to get on oparah and get the word out speedy style!

  • word!

  • Really great info !!

  • very interesting information, dan :)

  • Mhm I had tried a high fruit diet but somehow that didn't agree with me (tooth decay, low energy, hormonal imbalances)...maybe did something wrong? Gods herbs don't ship to Europe so what herbs would you recommend for healing the adrenals for example?

    LOVE**

  • There is nothing better for the adrenals than good old fashioned sleep!

  • Hi Grenbarme, I don't know if this will help, but you might want to look up Dr.Mercola on youtube or go to his website. He is into raw foods, but also focuses on what he calls nutritional typing. Some people do better with more fats and proteins, while others do better with carbs and sugar, so you might be a protein type. (You metabolize carbs too quickly, so you end up crashing). I've been eating raw organic eggs. Also, like Dan says, eat the dark leafy green vegetables for minerals and balance

  • @Grenbarme stick with it..nothing good really happens that you will notice in the first 6-8 months. give your body time to feel and clean out. it knows what it is doing.floss several times a day..trust me, that helps! tooth problems are usually genetic anyway! good luck!

  • Great information Dan. I love that special smile, always a joy to see you smile Dan Man. Thank you for the great video. I really and truly appreciate how you emphasize the importance of fresh organic seasonal and local raw fruits and vegetables. We should all be doing this regardless of our dietary lifestyles. I also agree with you about energy from fruit, adding more lately is making a great difference for me. Veggies to help alkaline, yes! The best medicine is found in nature : ) Glory to God!

  • @MyOwnStickFigure crazy thing is...we all wouldn't have gotten sick to begin with if we followed nature's laws..now we actally need to heal with nature..hopefully, mother nature won't be a bitch about it when we need her most:) lol be well!

  • Besides those that are genetically inherited to new generations, I couldn't agree more. MAJOR good point you bring up, MAJOR and the start carrier of the sickness who passes it genetically most likely got sick this way too, you are very wise in this statement. We should all be eating like Eden and now and days in order to move forward we must go back, back to how we were originally intended to eat. You feel me? Blessings to you and your family dear, happy new year!

  • Thank you and same to you!

  • In so many ways, it makes perfect sense!

Thanks Again for Another Great Vid.

  • Google ... PMC1464156 ... repetitive episodes of hypoglycemia sustain cortical neuronal death. The developing brain is capable of utilizing ... acetoacetate and β-hydroxybutyrate ... ketone utilization and provided with ketones during hypoglycemia by eating a ketogenic diet would sustain less brain injury compared to littermates fed a standard diet ... rats weaned to a ketogenic diet and subjected to insulin-induced hypoglycemia at P25 had significantly less neuronal death

    Intermittent fruit?
