How is that i see people easily shoulder-firing M60's all the time but the ones with the M240 seem like it weights a ton? There's no that much weight difference between them, can somebody explain it to me please?

The M240B is MASSIVE - almost five pounds heavier than the M60 and half a foot longer. It makes the M249 look like a toy by comparison. The M60 also has more "rifle" based ergonomics whereas the M240 is definitely an MG to be fired off the bipod or tripod. Shooting from the shoulder has never felt "right" to me. The foregrip is way too far away and the receiver is too long for my liking. Still, I know some strong SOBs who can shoot an M240 like it's a big rifle.
