Outlook 2003 vs. Outlook 2007

Hey! I need some help on Outlook 2K3. I set up my account, hit Send/Receive and it shows a popup message that says "Task 'Hotmail: Folder:Inbox Synchronizing headers.' reported error (0x800CCC33) : 'Access to the account was denied. Verify that your username and password are correct.The server responded 'Forbidden'." How do i fix that?

Thanks for the overview. I have a meeting with a customer that wants to move to outlook 2007 today. He likes throwing out buzzwords and new technologies without researching them so its never clear if he actually wants something.
