Before may napanood akng season sa Project runway, ganda ng concept.. ginawa nilang theme sa episode na yun evening gown para sa isang candidate miss usa...or teen usa... & ofcourse bawat isa binigay ung best... Sana Project runway Philippines gawin din nila yun para kay Venus.... Para sa benefits din both sides.. for them to win the competition sa project runway & for Venus na din sa beauty pageant na sasalihan nya... I really hope maisipan yun ng Project Runway Philippines!

Stella Araneta, Pitoy Moreno and Barazza..... u should see the the full beaded white gown of Angil Locsin where she used in the 37th Emmy Awards in New York USA designed by Michael Cinco.... that's a TRUE competitive gown for Miss Universe, Miss World and Miss International not these kind of cheap ugly old fashioned... all these gowns that u use in Bb. Pilipinas are so cheap and ugly. U all need to resign! Filipinos are so mad of u already if u dont know! Please stop your lousy gowns!!!

yes! it totally agree with all of you!!!!i was shocked and stunned when i saw the "evening gowns" during the pre pageant.sobrang panget na nga ndi pa fit sa ibang candidates.

another thing i also agree na ang panget ng mga gown na ginamit ng ms.philippines this past few years.there are a lot of new designers now na sobrang magaganda ang gawa!michael cinco is one and i suggest mr.paul rex ramir mateo's gown are superb!you can see his work at facebook just type in his name

dont have to worry, front lang ng mga girls yun just to please Madame and Pitoy kasi ayaw nila yung modern pasarela gusto nila yung old style. pero once theyre in the International competition bobonggahan na nila ang lakad, wala ng magagwa si Pitoy at Madame. look at Bianca's catwalk last year, ganun din si Denille Velmonte nung Miss International 2006.

it does matter how a candidate walks but most important is the figure. Bianca has a very flabby body during the Miss U last year. I hope venus will keep her 22 waistline.

Shitty gowns!!! Poor choice of gowns!!! Stella Araneta must resign now. Im sure Philippines will not win again in Miss Universe if she wears these kind of ugly recycled gowns! Look at these gowns??? Damn, has Stella Araneta, Pitoy Moreno and Barazza not learned their lessons. These gowns are so old fashonioned and ugly. Kaya nga agree ako natalo si Bianca Manalo sa Miss Universe dahil sa gown nya. Since 2000-2009, the gowns were not pretty kaya backstage ang Philippines sa Miss Universe. Magresign na kayo Stella, Pitoy, Barazza. Kahit pinkaganda pa sya dyan ang representative sa Pilipinas pero pag ganyan mga gowns ipasuot, talo na naman yan! Please resign Stella.

those dresses are not from barraza, mga sale yan sa States. Stella shops in US like in NY ang LA to find cheap rtw's. yung super sale like more than 50% off. she buys brands like Bob Mackie and Jessica Mclintick and yun ang pinapagamit nya sa mga contestants ng Binibini. Barraza's creation is special for her, pinapasuot lang nya yun sa mga title holders na. iba talaga nung 70's and 80's when Renee Salud was with BPCI. ganda ng trainings and ng gowns! :)

not really..unless she gets her body toned and lean, improve her skin, the color is perfect but she needs to improve her skin texture, hindi cya kakininisan at walang glow, plus hindi pantay and she should get her teeth fixed..then pwedeng pwede na talaga cya ipang-kabog sa mga Latinas at Europeans, but so far, RAJ and Kleiner are the perfect choice for Miss Universe, Gwen is tall but still her features are masculine though magka-aura sila ng bagong Miss Colombia 2010. :)

old fashion ang mga gowns. nu ba yan. gusto yta ni mrs. araneta, ibalik ung gowns nuong kapanahunan nya. ang daming mggling na designers. inno sotto, rajo laurel, jc buendia. name it we have it. pero bkit gnyan ang mga gowns di ba. arrgh!

they used to put entries ( gowns ) in the early and mid 90's especially in 1994, 1995, 1996 and 1997 kaya lang binoycot nila si Pitoy dahil nga Pitoy won't approve their new creation specially made for the pageant, but instead Pitoy will pick from the designers' old collection at yun ang ipapasuot sa candidate tapos ang ending best in long gown ang creation ni Pitoy! kaya ayun binoycot ng designers ang BPCI, Yeda Mendoza's pink competition gown in 1996 was by Inno Sotto. :)

pangit ng mga gowns ng Binibining Pilipinas... kaya natalo si bianca manalo dahil pangit ang gown nya, then now sa fashion show na to, talo uli ang Pilipinas for sure. Please resign Stella Araneta, Pitoy Moreno and Alfredo Barazza. Give it the real Filipinos not Colombian running Binibining Pilipinas. Pangit ng gowns, talo na naman kayo nyan! Please Stella Araneta, mahiya ka! U need to step down. ALot of Filipinos are not happy with the gowns. since 2000-2009, Ms Philippines lost to Ms Universe.

here are my observations based from the fashion show. Best Catwalk are Candidates 1,6,7,8,10,12,13,16,18,22. Nice Styling are 1,7,8,11,12,13,14,16,17,18. Poor Styling are 3,5,6,15,20,21,22 and Best styling is 10.
