  • hey thanks i have taking vitamin c with no help and subginle how ever u say vitamin b12 which has helped.

now im taking a high quality iron pill with vitamin c folic acid and b 12 almost feel like it just went away. I think its the iron I just keep getting better and better.

everything else in that pill is no higher than the multivitamin I was taking, but the multivitamin didnt have iron. I feel that the iron is giving me more acid in my stomach and it feels good.

  • interesting :) and vitamin b complex is important to absorb magnesium

  • Yes we agree that the best way is by food. One problem though is that we have less magnesium and other minerals in our food than we did 30 years ago.

  • The best way to absorb minerals and vitamins are from food. Second best is supplements. Seeds and nuts are rich in magnesium, popcorn ( the fresh kind, not the sugar coated butter saturated type) also provides a good dose.

Natural sources are more bio-available and come with other substances that promote absorption by the body.

Cramps, High Blood pressure, bone loss can all be caused by low magnesium.

  • $14000 in 4 hospital bills for gas building up in my stomach to where I cant breath from gastritis.

They could not do anything! So I quite coffee which helped but not much then I started to drink pure cocco for my caffeine fix and I felt way better, just took two magnesium pills today and I feel like a god!

  • @MTHKITEBOARDS so, please, also take Vitamine C (this helps with gastritis, just google!), B12 (if you have too little B12 then your stomach-door opens) and - if your nutrition is not transported correctly within the intestines (this can also lead to gases that appear as gastritis) you drink small amounts of CALMUS-Tee. Maybe you have an gluten-fructosis-lactosis-problem - this also leads to gastritis; but you can fix all this without any phamacol. stuff or with operation!

  • @MTHKITEBOARDS That's great to hear, what supplement do you use, i.e., magnesium citrate, oxide etc

  • @MTHKITEBOARDS

Keep researching, there is a lot we are not told. Pro biotics are a common remedy for bloating. For a quick remedy you can use acidophilus. But it is best to get the good bacteria from diet. Raw milk (grass fed unpasteurised), live yoghurt, home made sauerkraut (or home made pickle, shop bought pickles are pasteurised, which kills the bacteria).

  • @MTHKITEBOARDS

You are probably aware that chocolate / cocoa is rich in magnesium. $14,000 what a racket, still now you know. If you feel seek check your diet, it is nearly always the problem, and it is way cheaper. Most people think they can't afford to eat organic food. When you look at the price of medicine, maybe its not so expensive!

  • @wjestick

I think I have a zinc copper imbalance, last time I got checked copper was supper high.

  • Natural Calm is great, I've tried it, but I hear that Angstrom Magnesium is even better.

  • It is great. You and doctor Luiz Moura are completely right. I also do Auto Hemotherapy on me and solve my problem. Non of the doctor could help me.

  • best magnesium is ......magnesium choride !!

  • yes it can be pumpernikel or other breads like whole wheat or grain bread anything but white

  • @agatka2007 , all bread dough has Bromide and not Iodine in it, so it doesn't really matter at this point what kind of bread you ingest. I like French Bread the best. There's something about it that it tastes more fresh than the typical 'storebought stuff.

  • can you please shave ??

  • @cadaverock , he looks just fine to me. He was a Horse in a past life.

  • Natural Calm.

  • Out and out lies. He says a sign that you have too much magnesium is loose stools. That's disingenuous. Loose stools can be cause my a multitude of issues, and magnesium citrate is used to CLEAN OUT THE COLON before surgeries. You can still be very deficient in magnesium in your muscles, and still have loose stools.

  • @dannybex

You are very correct. A lot of times loose stools are a sign that your body is not properly absorbing the magnesium. It can also be a sign you took too much, but not always.

  • thank you

  • great vid

  • I should add dark bread with seeds

  • @agatka2007 When you say dark bread do you mean pumpernickel? Also, I noticed when I take any form of magnesium it cause those painful prickly tingles in my feet and hands, does that mean its lowering my blood pressure?

  • I had sever problems becasue i was exteremely low on magnesium and a blood test wouldn't show it. i am eating foods rich in magnesium now but I figure it out myself when I stared having neveres tick. I suffered for year.

  • how long did it take for the ticks to go away once you started eating magnesium rich foods??

  • couple of days, but now I take it regulary becasue I do ge the ticks if I don't have enough magnesium.

  • what foods do you eat?

  • sunflower seeds, almonds, all kinds of nuts, bananas, dark chocolate, avocado,

    tomatoes

  • something else occured to me, times when i have been sick and couldnt keep anything down, even water i would throw back up, i could keep down 7-up, im going to stop drinking all pop but 7-up and do that in moderation, but any thoughts on why 7-up would be easier on someones stomach than water

also i figured i should ask you this, should having a healthy magnesium level help prevent kidney stones maybe even help break ones that have formed

thanks for the list of magnesium rich foods.

  • @agatka2007 seeds and nuts contain high levels of phytates that inhibit magnesium...and chocolate also has phytate plus extremely high levels of oxalate, which can cause kidney stones.

  • Can your body become to have to much magnesium in your body from taking this product(overdose)over along period of time??

  • hi,

there is no overdose danger, as all the overtaken magnesium is eliminated in the urin.

thus, a high dose of magnesium will cause a non severe diarrhea.

the recommanded dose of magnesium for a day is: * for women : 300mg * for men : 450 to 600mg * for athletes : 600 to 1200mg, depending on the intensity of training.

  • so by having a lot of magnesium it should help prevent kidney stones?

  • there can be a danger if u have kidney dieaseses

  • @ohnoyoudidntx

kidney stones is calcium settled in organs and it can be cured by magnesium supplement, namely magnesium oil

  • @bamptonbred no- magnesium is water soluble. so you just excrete (aka pee) it out. drink water.

  • @bamptonbred

The problem is not too much magnesium from taking this product, but a deficiency of the companion mineral calcium. This can cause muscle (leg) cramps. Add calcium (not calcium carbonate) if you have leg cramps and are already taking a good dose of magnesium for a week or more.
