  • @xgprenji incline works on upper chest which is what he leans on, and if you do it flat, it will work basically the middle.

  • @xgprenji i think he's using a ball... and u can do it on the floor but.. i guess teh guy is trying to put his arms far back down to make it more effectively..

  • wow man u r fucking ripped ur abs r freakin perfect that where i would like to be but its a lot of effort i lift 4 days a week and eat 5 meals a day low unhealthy fat high protein and good carbs but i havnt lost my lower ab fat from my break and cheat but ill get it back iv lost it before and gotten it back its just a basterd process

  • I got puffy areolas and a bit of chest fat, sure i will reduce chest fat, but will puffy areolas go away?

  • Those declined presses with the dumbbells are what really made my pecs work out! I used just to do normal pecs and chest on the gyms machines, and i would get just a slight pain on my pecs on the next morning, once i started doing those i could feel my WHOLE pec area in pain the next morning, damn right.

    Also, 3 sets 30 seconds - as a circuit or 3 sets 30 sec pause of exercise nr. 1 and then you move on to exercise nr. 2?

  • @crazy3437 its called working out obviously its gonna help. muscle gain takes time. there is no "fast" way to gain muscle. anyone who promises fast muscle gain is out for ur wallet.

  • Add a workout list in the explanation of your videos please. Then those of us who take your stuff seriously can simply copy and paste it into our routine!!!

  • P90X I would say is slow to build muscle..... But no shape! P90X is designed to get you in shape, the muscle is a perk, no the intent! You are using a lot of weight which P90X does not use. On top of that I bet that you are taking protein and other stuff to be in that kind of shape. The purpose of P90X is not to be big, is to get in shape. Besides it is hard to get motivated, By watiching the P90X videos is not nearly as hard... good shape though. keep it up

  • should you do each exercise 3 times and then move to the next one or do all of them once and then go back to the first one so that it's a cycle?

  • Once again good job, this is for the people watching this, when your doing dumbell butterflys act like your hugging a tree dont lock your elbows and flex it helps alot and take your time doing them go slow, im 15 but I know what im taking about :D
