@formertofu OK well now I'm being super nerdy (but then anyone on this channel is probably super nerdy as well ^.^), but what distinguishes an "android" from "a robot that somewhat resembles a human" (like this one) is that by the technical definition androids are supposed to be confusable with humans. These look somewhat like humans, but still far from looking like an actual human.

Its cute, but its the brain that really matters. Supposedly, you'll be able to place her AI in future upgrades. I'm excited because this gives many of us a real opportunity for a long term life partner that doesn't fall flat when the next version comes around.
