If you noticed, thats pspWXP... a very nice Windows Vista Portal for the PSP. A portal is simply a site that can be accessed offline, but usually when you talk about a portal for the PSP, its usually a flash site made to look like an operating system. It is in fact a portal. You might be thinking of a 'shell', and this is not a shell.
Get the facts before you start talking about something you don't know about.
Its fine. PSP Portals are quite amusing. You will find videos on them alot. And there actually is a way to put Windows 95 or 98 on the PSP... but its slow as hell. The only way to put it on though, along with homebrew programs, is if you have Firmware 1.50. The current version is 3.40, and right now its almost impossible to downgrade from 2.81. Anyway, this isn't a discussion board xD.

Just because it looks like Vista doesn't mean that it is.

who said it was the real vista? i did say it was a portal

What you have is a look-alike. A look-alike is not a portal. If it was a portal you would still be able to install Windows programs on it.

I guess I'm just not familiar with the PSP vocabulary. Sorry there.
At any rate, search for this video. There are 147 videos just like this one.
