Was listening to the police scanner live when the cop outside the door said they were tryin to negotiate how he would surrender after a couple minutes talkin to him then

@flyyspit Can ya listen to police scanners online? I used to listen to my dads scanner, I could listen to planes flying overhead, the police, the army etc. My dad's in the army but he doesn't bring the scanner home much these days :( It's very interestin listenin to that stuff:p
