  • I love it! :-)

  • I can SOOO see myself in the Fire Temple fighting Volvagia while listening to this. ;) LOVE IT! :D

  • I saw this a few months back. It was half the reason I came to youtube in the first place. If there were talented musicians like this on youtube, than I just HAD to hear more from them. ;) This is also when I realized just how far ANY instrument could be go. And this does seem like a VERY technically challenging piece. I am thoroughly impressed as well. Great job to everyone who was involved. I want to see the whole concert now, one part after another. ;)

  • Its sounds like a bird :3

  • Heather, what can I say, just WOW!!

  • Very technical.. Very fast... Not my idea of entertaining music but it is a skillful demonstration.

  • That Ocarina sounds pissed.

  • HOLY SHIT! She sounds like a fucking angry computer with all those fast notes! Ne!? OwO

  • Gosh Heather...I didn't know you were THIS good! If this is all sight reading, omg, wow! I'm sorry if I ever said anything was wrong with your technique :(

  • Master Heather in Ocarina : )

  • This is beautiful! This is making me order the score for the whole concerto, and a triple ocarina to go with it!

    I love this.

    Liked and Favorited!

  • In my mind you just earned the status of bad ass

  • Very-very impressive! Bravo to ocarina-player, bravo to orchestra and bravo to conductor!!!

    Eugene Magalif, composer, New Jersey

  • imagine looking at this if it were finger tabs...

  • Damn, you are the shit. like in a good way.

  • I love u (L) xD

  • Breathtaking!!!

  • crazy!!! i love wow so fast!!

  • Darn it! This "Dr. Kristopher Maloy" beat me to first concerto for ocarina.... >:( Darn it, Banjo concerto has been done, as well as tin whistle concerto... Steel string guitar concerto maibe?

  • Wow, you got talent! I was listening to your Zelda Songs, you play perfect, not a single mistake :)

I never knew that an Ocarina is made for this kind of Music. This was the first time i heard an Ocarina with Orchesta.

    Sry for my bad English.

    Greetings from Germany :)

  • I can never play that good... I only play 12 hole. I can't believe how fast her fingers move!

  • It sounds like a bluejay having a diabetic seisure.

  • @MrGameposter

    I lol'd pretty hard.

  • squeeeeek :-/

  • truly astounding!

  • Chineese girl above you in the background was like #WTF the whole time.

  • Ignore my second question

  • Wow XO dat was really intense. No doubt dey picked da rite person. How long have u been playin and who's da composer of dat song?

  • WOw!!!!!! como tocass!!! super rapido, tus dedos se mueven como una araña, es increible!! o.O

  • Holy crap! That's... that's... AMAZING! STUNNING! IT BLEW ME AWAY! I could never do that!

  • Excellent!

  • I could never play as well as you...

  • Im am speechless. Amazing job. woooooow

  • Ahaha... this was put out the same time as the video announcing the winners of the Ocarina Star Search. It's like patting the noobs on the head before blowing them away with a freakishly technical piece... and FREAKING ORCHESTRA!

  • This is pretty incredible!

  • Tanti complimenti a Mr. Maloy per aver scritto una nuova bellissima pagina di repertorio per il nostro strumento musicale, e a te per essere riuscita a realizzare questa stupenda (e difficilissima) performance!

    Bravissima!!!

  • Ocarina Need emotion... that is too much technique for me ... Heather need more emotion when she s playing, i am feeling her frozen when i am looking at her :(

Heather relax and breath, shoulder down ! I can feel your stress in your neck and shoulders.

  • @Massomatos Not that strange if you look to the difficulty of the parts she has to play and having an camera on your face. Suppose she was nervous as hell

  • Phew! Wonderful!

You're breaking boundaries and opening doors for all of us!

    That's your purple clay triple?

  • I can actually imagine the fire spitting out of the ground while listening to that piece and jumping to avoid it. It is a very interesting piece. I Love it!

  • very nice

  • good for you! you obviously have found a passion and followed through! this sounded incredibly complicated. well done!

  • This is incredible! I'd love to hear the whole story on how you got involved in this!

  • @copesnuffs - One, that Asian is NOT a chick; Two, most Asians look that way, or it's just her (unfortunately) not having a pleasant appearance.

  • God its so complicated and tough !

  • That was awesome my b-day was May 2nd and I wish I could have seen this then...

  • Now that is some great finger tappin xD song awesome by the way xD keep it up =)

  • Nicely done!

  • You have amazing talent heather what a pleasure it would be to meet you one day :)

  • WOW! Very talented!

Reminds me of "Ride of the Valkyries."

  • That's amazing!

  • It's obviously being played skilfully, but I'm not a huge fan of the song.

  • @shirf02 its part of a concerto.

  • i love u and all of ur magnificent songs, heather :)

  • Classy!! :)

  • That was fantastic!!! Congratulations Heather!! ^_^

  • I'm not a big fan of fast playing so all the quick chirping notes were a little "meh" to me but overall it was very good.

  • this is amazing congratulations on this =D im sure Link and Zelda would be jealous lol =D

  • That's absolutely marvellous! Fantastic! Bravo!

Technically, you're a class of your own.

I also like this oldschool movie style music.

It reminds me a bit of the "Planet of the Apes" (the original version, of course).

  • play both at dah same time (lower this ones volume to half) and play them at the same time it's epic-ish-er-ed-ism!!!!

  • Amazing :-)

  • Wow. Super Awesome!
