I got free money from EA, I told them that my Ultimate Team Froze and i lost all my coins and without any questioning they sent me all my coins.I keep doing It I now have 300,000 coins. Remember and sound legit dont go saying you had 10,000,000 coins at once because that is obviously a lie use a smaller number and send an email a few times. Good luck
