I recently got into running within the past 4-5 months and started off pretty slow alternating walking, jogging, and now I'm able to run 2:30 minutes without stopping, which is a huuuuge deal for me since my lungs would burn like crazy after only 45 seconds. I started your program on week 4 in preparation for enlisting in the US Army. Accidentally, I might add!
I ran 1/4 mile, ran a 1/2 mile, ran another 1/4, and ran another 1/2. Fairly disappointed, I came back home and did some research. This program was suggested/recommended on a few online forums. I'm giving this program, and a non related 100 pushup program a go.
Maybe I'll make a video at the end, wish me luck ;P
