Acually nathandonar they made the Z32 from 1989- 2000. They also made the Z31. I was in a wreck around 4 months ago in my 1995 300zx TT. I'm so sad. And jacotubes, I wouldn't recommend a 90-91 Z because I heard they had something that wasnt right. I wouldn't go with a 96 model either because they took about Variable Vavle Timing.

The 90-91 ZX's had a faulty PTU which was recalled and replaced by Nissan free of charge. So there's nothing really "wrong" with them. My 90 NA's PTU was replaced in 92. Runs like a champ.

well nissan ran the 300zx from 1983 until 2000, but they stopped importing them to the US in 1996, so it would be tough to find info on them here in the US. it would also be tough to get one over here, but if your cousin really does have a 1999 then more power to ya. good luck man
