Well, of course it is. Both games mention each other's companies, and Black Mesa and Aperture Science are known for their competition with one another.

Hopefully their connections will be revealed in either Portal 2 or HL2 Episode 3!

Somehow i doubt that Valve will make a Portal 2 simple because of the fact that the game basically "ended". Now, i know that in the end the test subject goes outside of the test facility but the point of the game was to solve puzzles with companion cubes and big red buttons. I don't think those can be found in nature. Although i do believe that something will emerge regarding the connections between Black Mesa and Aperture Science in HL2 Episode 3.

Perhaps they lost the old actor who did Overwatch for HL2. Either way I found it strange to hear. But me thinks it has no meaning to the story.

Me thinks it has...The combine took the Borealis and used their GLaDOS units to make the new Overwatch, being the old one destroyed by the super Portal (too many Portal references to ignore the fact of a possible joint, don't you think?). Also, they could (may, should, whatever) have connected the DOS (It's a feeling AI with a twisted sense of humor! How can it run on disks?!) part to an Advisor, possibly because they don't have the GL part that was developed by Aperture Science...

something else, when you enter to see the Judith message, to the right there is something like a cage, use the gravity gun and you will find a part from a HEV charger from Black mesa,(the old charges, if you can tell me how to record I can show you

Yeah I kinda already knew about that one and as for recording I use a program called FRAPS to record the gameplay I recorded using the ingame Source Recorder. You go into console and type record and then put a name and it'll record everything that you play. Then type playdemo nameofthedemo and use Fraps to record that.
