@omadaos You can no longer put them in love mode, but if you throw eggs there's a chance they'll spawn chickens. Just right click on the ground with egg in hand. Don't despair if you don't get any right away, it can require a few attempts.

I'm having a Minecraft problem tho- I can't find redstone :( I dug all the way to bedrock- dug out huge sections even in impatience set it 2 peaceful and went through all the caves I could find at the lowest level and nothin :( I have diamond, tons of lapis- like 2 full stacks- and I have no use for it lol , gold, tons of iron but not 1 redstone- any reccomendations?

I am a rather experienced Minecrafter and I love have animal pens and farms but recently I'm having issues with it. It was first my pigs, they kept getting out of their pen, the the cows and the chickens could somehow escape as well. Ive tired making two high fence, no luck there either. Still now problem with sheep. Why are my animal escaped from completely fenced in pen areas? The land is flat so they don't have a place to jump over... I'm at a loss here.

@TheOsiasya The same has happened to me every once and a while, ive come to the conclusion that they are dying. just keep breeding, and i like to have 4-6 in a pen. that or monsters may be attacking them? if that doesnt help im not sure, they may have become secret agents behind your back.

@TheOsiasya I had this problem as well - particularly annoying as I had dyed my sheep for coloured wool... Anyway, on the forum they reckon that when you go off exploring and come back, the animals spawn back in before the fence - so if they are pushing against it they can sometimes 'pop' out. I ended up digging a huge pit for my animals instead to make sure they don't get out.
