Can you capture enemies in any other Disgaea game like Disgaea DS or is it just in Disgaea PSP that you can capture an enemy?

@CannedBacon lol thx i was weak back then,i kinda stopped D1 since now i have D2 on psp and D3 on ps3...anyway i got 200+hours on that save later and got rid of all the mediocre prinnies but they were good back then

yeah i found out on the official site lol...but also in the jap version people could play them before disgaea 3 was released,so they probably wouldnt know who they were XD

well now i am laharl level 9999 with 100,000 stored levels by transmigrating...i had nearly 300 hours on disgaea 1 but stopped FOR NOW since i began to play disgaea 2 in english for psp...there i have level 1000 and 40 hours of play

but how do you do that (-40 hours of play and your lvl1000)

i mean unless disgaea2 has a way of leveling faster

no actually its a bit harder to level up in the begining(its easier when you are like 9000 to 9999 than in disgaea 1)....you just need to pass cave of ordeal proposal in dark assembly in disgaea 1 and cave of ordeal 3 is the 2nd best leveling up spot...youll se why and also cave of ordeal 6(demonhall miror) is the best lvl up spot in disgaea 1....the highest level senator in disgaea 1 is 600 or so while in disgaea 2 it can get up to 2000 so its harder to get to cave of ordeals

hmmm, and what about the items?

sometimes i think maximizing gladiators is more efficient Or do you prioritize leveling more?

(passing the bill for stronger characters can be a pain in the @ss in the long run)

well first put up your gladiators subduen in low level items in your high level items and THEN level up....as you level up the item you will also level up the gladiator in that item

just to clarify. If i level up an item to max and added gladiators/ or other specialist (after leveling)- will they level w/ the item

OR do i need to level the item w/ the gladiators in it?

you can add them LATER after youve maxed the item but i think its better to add them as you level up the item and pls dont ask why i just think like that as i think its better to pass a legendary item all 100 floors at once without skipping

You bettel level up the item when the specialists are already in.

That grants extra leveling up-bonus!

you mean that i OWNED them like i got them good or that i already had them!?i know i already had like 5 prinnys but you saw at the end that the new prinny was at the last of the char list and so....and no you cant capture humans,thats possible just in disgaea 3

heheh....i usually capture monsters at a level around 9000 as i have a laharl level 9999 and a majin level 9999 and at the monster im looking for great health...like 2 milion hp at least and atk is good like 200K...its ok for capturing

i like using swords and axes!i have 5 ultimate swords(called Yoshitsuna) and 2 ultimate Axes(Apocalypse)...i like the yoshitsuna due to its boost in everything,gives 2 extra squares of movement and can attack from 5 squares distance(like a gun) and the Apocalypse i like due to its insane 110% attack boost and doesent give DEF or INT down like other axes do

the people in this vid are relatively weak but my tip:make sure to keep laharl's sword(dont buy other types of weapons for him) and try getting to level 200 GENIUS....then try passing exams until you can propose at the assembly cave of ordeals....there cave of ordeal 3 is the 2nd BEST LEVELING UP SPOT IN THE GAME

im stumped im in the final chapter and it wont let me create a character is it just because of the chapter or have i met some sort of maximum character thing and idont think its that since i can still capture

if it doesent let you create characters delete SOME you created....the ds version allows only like 25 created characters and 15 slots for story characters...the ps2 and psp versions allow 100 created characters

wow that really sucks they should of put abit more into disgaea DS ive seen the DS run way more stuff than whats in this game like i say they couldve put more character slots overall acouple new secret characters would be a fun addition and away to get big sis prinny or midboss or lamington by doing something like mondo hard

very good list...played most of them...1 hour ago in prinny CIRBTH i beat prinny baal....he is one tough muthafucking prinny(lost 350 total prinnies and 99 minutes in total-i started trying yesterday evening and by the night i let it in standby
