yall all say that animals are going extinct cause of us? it is partly true but we also help keep animals from over populating so we were meant to eat meat cause if we didnt it will be bad cause th animals over populate then the animals over graze causing the worlds ecosystem to get off its natural balance

wild animals ecosystems are being wiped out to grow crops that end up being animal feed. Any over population issues with animals is because of us. We bred them, we take away their ecosystems, we kill off their predators, etc. Our world's ecosystem is already off balance due to all the negative effects humans have had on this planet... is your solution then to start hunting humans to control the populations? That's not a solution.

Plants are alive as well. And eating meat is essential for a good health, and brain development. A better plan for a better enviorment, is limiting births. (we have an overpopulation) Doing so, means less food, less traffic, less damage to nature. What i think is bad, is if they meaninglesly harm the animals.

Putting my own opinion aside, this is a very good video, and shows that humans probaly eat to much chicken based food.

How can you compare plants to animals? Its not a matter of "plants are alive, just like animals", but a matter of awareness, feelings, senses, emotions, etc. A plant doesnt have the ability to feel pain. A chicken does. You cant compare.

Eating meat is not essential, if it was i would be either deadly sick, or dead already. Ive been meat free for 14 years and my non vegan doctor says Im in perfect health. Show me studies that say meat is necessary.

Part 1

There certainly are studys that prove that it is necessarry (i readed it in Humo, a long time ago). I studyd plants for 6 years. And altough they cannot express their paine, they do have it. When they are close to death, by a threath, they will make more seeds. There ven is a plant, that summons wasps, when its in danger. You dont use any pills, or meat-replacers? Look at smokeing, some people die from it fast, some people are unafected by it.

Yes plants can react to the environment, but there reaction isnt in any level conscious. They dont have nerve endings, or a brain to process pain or thoughts of any sort.

I dont take any supplements whatsoever (pills or otherwise). Its easy being meat free, you just have to vary your diet with a large selection of foods.

True that some smokers wont get ill, but the large majority do. Most common diseases stem from diet and the consumption of meat/dairy.

I dont know what Humo is.

I think everything has a soul, and deserves to live, and be free from paine. (thats why i will not eat animals that have been put in paine, like a Muscle, if i spell that correct)

I dont think everything has a soul, but i do believe there is a life force. Thats not the point. the life force of a blade of grass is different from that of a human or giraffe.

All animals killed for food have undergone pain, either by your hands or someone else's.

Thanks for sending me this vid. Rated 5 and saved in my favorites. It's awful. In my small country (Belgium) yearly 5 million pigs won't make it to the slaughterhouse. And then I don't count the horses, cows, chickens, ducks, goose, pigs, rabbits. Or the number worldwide. It's hard to imagine such a number. And to know what hell of a life they have. I've got some chickens bought free from mass-industry. You should see the difference after some weeks and how happy and grateful they are now.
