@MrEspey I wasnt trying to be a prick with my question. Im new to weight lifting and obviously not that strong. I asked out of curiosity as to how a shirt can ruin a lift. I asked because the neck of your shirt @54 seconds doesnt look like its choking you.
@dimitrovBxr77 Did I say you were being a prick? I just wanted to get your level of knowledge before I answered you. A shirt can ruin a lift if it is not on correctly. It can take you out of your groove or slide up and press on your neck. They are made of a very thick material.
Im obviously impressed with the weight and such but how can a shirt ruin a lift?
