@slabis86 This pattern doesn't use a traditional thumb gusset, but I do have a video for that. In my "Learn to Knit Gloves" tutorial, you'll find what you're looking for. Just go to my channel page and search for it. (Sorry, YouTube won't let me give you a link here in the comments.)
I always have problems holding all the needles. You hold them like it's the easiest thing. HAHA. Do you have any tips so that my needles won't move so much when I do that?
@xADINGdongg Yes - I have a couple of tips for you. First, it takes practice. :) It gets easier with time to wrangle all those needles. Next - use wood or bamboo double-pointed needles. They help hang on to the stitches better. Oh - one more - remember that you're knitting normally, with just two needles. Ignore the ones you're not knitting with. Just let them hang there until you get to them. :)
@Kjclementful The other parts of this video are only available when you purchase the written pattern (they are hidden to the public). The pattern is available for purchase and immediate download. Just follow the link in the website description.
@sarahtheditz1 Hi Sarah - most all of my videos are available for free, but this is one of the few where you have to buy and download the pattern on verypink.com to get the unlisted links to the rest of the videos.
@Msheather0109 Funny - I had the same question via email yesterday! My suggestion would be to knit the pattern as written, but go down two needle sizes. You'll end up with a tighter fabric, and smaller gloves. The benefit to doing it this way is that you won't have to recalculate all of the math. I can't guarantee that two needle sizes will be perfect, but that's what I'd do. Good luck! Let me know how it goes.
@sydneyanddana2 The links to the other four instructional videos are available within the purchased pattern. The pattern to these gloves is available on verypink.com.
@MissAlykittie I'm sorry you feel that way. I have dozens of other videos out there (many of them full tutorials, like this one) that are available for free viewing by everyone. This is one of the few tutorials where most of the videos are only available to pattern purchasers.

instead of knit 2 and purl 2 can we do knit 1 purl 1 ?
xCuttie 1 year ago
@xCuttie Yes, you can do k1, p1 instead of 2x2 rib. It won't change the pattern significantly in any way!
