Can't believe he's playing that epiphone. I'm all for epiphone, but that is barely a sig. guitar. With the logo on and some binding or a sharpened V shape, it could be a much bigger seller.
i disagree. i have been looking for the perfect V for the right price for about a 6 months. I almost bought the eric peterson V but the pentagram was obscuring to me... V is already a very unorthodox shape and I think alot of people are going for a more classy look. Alot of v's you see on the market are cool if your 16...
that being said i'm gonna order this guitar from guitar center most likely. and I have 30 days to decide if i want to keep it or not. and i am very picky
Well if i was to buy a v it would most likely be a schecter. They have a great look about them, that still says classy although its a v. I dislike the gibson style v just because the body is so chunky, it just doesnt appeal to me.
@scorpia616 I would own a schecter V right now if it wasnt for one reason!! Love the way the thing looks and love how well its balanced with the upper wing being smaller than the bottom.
only problem is the neck is too damn big for my girly hands... and i think the scale is 24.75 not 25.5
@scorpia616 he played a regular gibson v for a long time. plus the neck is composite and neck thru instead of set neck. get your facts straight. it doesnt matter what it looks like it matters what its made of and how it plays
@dbsk8r92 I would beg to differ. What it looks like is a massive diciding factor in a guitar. Many of the people who play guitars play them for what they look like ASWELL as what you mentioned.
@dbsk8r92 its epiphone and ran... those were the only guitars he had but gibson made epiphone so gibson supports jeff waters/annihilatormetal. the guitar wood/material isnt important, its the player
song please? wat es dis?

I see, then this must be the way to go then if you want something less pointy than a jackson and more traditional.
