used to have this sad I know I enjoyed at the time and gave to a younger year than me and hope they enjoyed as much as I did oh the memories -m naivety and innocence x
I am convinced that many of the original UK ideas such as the Wombles were stolen by US producers and made into cheesy kids shows such as the "banana splits" and "PuffNStuff"
Thanks thats great..have you got ''minuetto allegretto'' please ?

What does "The giant valoo" mean?
Quietschquatsch 2 years ago
@Quietschquatsch (listens) That's "the giant pollute". Listen to the lyrics:
"You can hear the crunching of his monstrous feet.
He's even breathing smoky fumes all over the street.
There isn't any way you can escape his grip.
He looks just like a giant walking, talking garbage tip."

There was a lovely one which went "let me wake up when the work is done". What was the title? Is it available here?

It's called 'Dreaming in the Sun' and it's on the LP 'Wombling Songs' (not released on CD), the first and easily the best Womble record!
