from my personal experience, I believe that "multifl0w" would be more efficient than "killbackground" because o you then have the option to switch to a previous app instead of closing it, but still being able to close the app if you'd like to.

I own an iPod touch and a Droid incredible, wifi only, I can safely say: a rooted Droid is 100% more customizable, tweakable, useful and smart than any jailbroken iDevice. The iPod may have a simple GUI but its also simple in everything else. Oh, and most of the things that apple is releasing now, we've had for about 3 years already. ;)
