This was one of the greatest moments in Giants history, I still remember sitting around a radio with some high school friends listening to this game. This team was pretty amazing, Giants fan were so spoiled with hitting then.

I'm 14, and I was born in 1997 so I obviously don't remember this but this is AWESOME!!!! Duane Kuiper with The HR call :) BTW does anyone else think Brian Johnson look like Aaron Rowend? And the dodgers pitcher Tom Candiotti is a Dbacks Radio Announcer now.

I stopped watching after Beck loaded the bases, but listened to the radio on my way to a night class... classic, was at the game the night before when woody got a clutch victory for the Giants...Bonds hit one out in the bottom of the first, I think we one the first game 2-1...

This was one is the greatest games in Giants history, I remember crowded around a radio with a bunch of friends back in High School listening to the epic shot. I miss The Stick.

I was working at Aamco Transmissions on Army and Valencia!

We had the game cranked and it was the best ever!

We could hear the yelling all the way from the Stick!!!

Only 2010 tops this great season run in my memories... Oh, except for '89 when The Thrill made us all Champions! Go SFGiants

I was working that day and had KNBR cranked while I was driving. I was at about Emabarcadero and Broadway and when they won started honking my horn and screaming out the window. That was our World Series for those 2 games. OMG it was insane with the fans. One thing with Giant fans we all......HATE THE DODGERS!!!!

I was at this game! And was there the night before.

I went to the stick 100 times, and they were the loudest I ever heard it there, even louder than the postseason games I attended.

They are known as two of the best, most exciting/ important regular season games in Giants history.

Thanks for posting the highlights, can't believe 13 years have passed already.

I watched this on tv, I was 11 years old. The double play was so epic. And Brian Johnson was the hero! I have been a Giants fan ever since! 2010 Go Giants!
