eskiixo - it takes years and years to grasp the depths of Tibetan Buddhism and Tibetan culture. Tibet was a social experiment where "otherness" came first before "me" and "mine". An approach the world could certainly use in these days of give me more, more and bigger and bigger, until there's nothing left for anyone and humanity is no more.
This is a great video. I enjoyed watching. Another recognized reincarnated Lama of Gaden Monastery residing in Malaysia is H.E. Tsem Tulku Rinpoche. Rinpoche lived in USA for many years and speaks perfect english. Very easy to communicate with and has much knowledge. Rinpoche was recognized at 7 months old. His father is Tibetan and mother is pure Mongolian royalty. Born in Taiwan, then taken to US and return back to Gaden in India. Very interesting. see website tsemtulku(dot)com. Great Lama!!
Sorry I do not believe in re incarnation. Even if its true, its hard to believe it only occurs in the "royalty".
If Tibetan Buddhism is fair and true why there have been no tulku "regconised" in Tibetan serfs, or USA whitemen, or Russian white men, Japanese yellow men, African black men huh?
@lamdawave Of course it doesn't just occur to 'royalty'. It occurs to everyone. The only problem is, we have no real control. We don't really know where we will end up. That is what Buddhist practice does for us if you would open your mind to it.
@closerelative I just checked Wikipedia "main teachings of Buddhism" & "differences between Buddhism & Tibetan Buddhism".
In original Buddhism there is no such thing as Lama monks keep reincarnating themselves as the next Lama. This is purely a lie devised by Lamas to keep their power and control over the serfs. It only started sometime in 15th century.
Now Dalai Lama says ( around 24th Feb 2010 in USA. pls check AFP news etc) he can forgo this part. So its really a fake.
после этого видео мне очень захотелось увмдеть все своими глазами!...
