no, no. You just need to be familiar with Chinese pop culture (particularly, Chinese BBS culture) in order to fully catch up something inside those lyrics. For example, I am a Chinese American, and I learned a lot of slang by connecting with people in Mainland China. And all those lyrics are written by kinomotosaku, a Chinese Canadian.

The contents of the song are nonsensical though. For example, the first two lines:
At the age of 4, I started playing the piano. Because it is so taxing, I got backaches(?). I take this more like a parody of the song.
There is definitely effort put in into writing the lyrics. I cannot come up with such lyrics
