Thanks I am playing this soon so thanks. At measure 4 and 28, the sixteenth notes are only used for only the first quarter note of the measure. Great job thought I'm impressed!
If I were you, I would try to exaggarate the dynamics. Especially when coming to a FF-part, try to play the part before the FF-part much softer. If you don't, the effect of FF will be lost.
Don't give up. people learning skills at your age, do have huge advantage over those who past the age of 20.
If I were you, I would exaggerate te differences in dynamics. If youre going to play FF, play the part before the FF-part softer. If you don't, the effect of FF will be greatly lost.
but don't give up, people learning skills at young age, do have great advantage over those who passed the age of 20.
The boy has great technique for his age. Plays with alot of "espressivo". Whats to say bout the tempo? Actually nothing, this is his own interpretation and noone can say its too fast cos no one knows how fast it was intended to be played. A little more staccato would be good thou. Still a great interpretation of one of schuberts most recognized masterpieces.
Very well played. This is the boys interpretation of the piece. No one can say its too fast cos no one knows how fast the piece was intended to be played. The boy obviously plays with alot of "espressivo". Has great technique and skills for his age. A great interpretation of one of Schuberts most recognized masterpieces.
it's sad, when people start to argue about seconds in music. less speed = more time for more define interpretation. it's not about seconds, but about feelings. this boy plays very well technically, and will surely develop his "narration".
PS: I practice speed when i don't understand the piece yet. I hope the kid is on a better path than me ^__^
Whadda ya mean, too fast? The kid, who is already on the way to being a genius at the pianner, played the actual complete melody in one minute and forty seconds, while Horowitz played it in exactly one minute and fifty-one seconds. Are you really complaining about an eleven second difference? Get real. The kid against Horowitz and eleven seconds.
And reading al the other comments, too fast. It is in 2/2 with the metronome set at 84.

O que podemos falar desse precioso jovem?
Com certeza, no futuro, um concertista, Nota 10.

too much pedal
a bit of staccato would make it better

Je trouve que lorsqu'on le joue rapidement, ce morceaux ne perd rien de sa beauté, il est même un peu plus hypnotique!

I like the speed , the first time I heard this piece was like this.

He plays it just so....it's not "too fast" cause it is Musical Moment and it has to be lively...in a word, allegro moderato

the time difference results in 10% speed difference (according to your times). 10% is quite substantial, dude...

yes, too fast... WHICH ONLY MAKES IT ALL THE MORE AMAZING!!! GREAT JOB!!
