  • Excellent job! Actually makes the '67 film look exciting, competent, and watchable!

That, in itself, was a feat! ;)

  • Love the trailer. You did an excellent job. An wonderful trailer for a bad movie. Like KevinByrne2 I too wish that you made the original Casino Royale. It would have been a masterpiece. Again good job. I am going to add this to my favourites.

  • Inspired!

  • Dear lloyd007a, I wish that you had made the original "Casino Royale" (1967). It would have been MUCH better. Wonderful job.

  • Yes, go and buy the DVD. From a shop. It'll cost you $3.99 at the most. Or go and rent it for 99 cents from Blockbusters.

  • That was GENIUS!!!

  • You did an amazing job! Whoever goes to watch this movie after watching your trailer is going to have one hell of a surprise.

  • Nicely done! Thank god for someone with a sense of humour. The original Casino Royal was a shipreck of a movie but highly enjoyable!

  • BRILLIANT!!!! BRAVO !!!

  • Awesome! Just watched Casino Royale (1967) and what a blast! Too bad the cinema doesn't have such legends any more (Welles, Niven, a young O'Toole, Sellers).

  • that was a good movie

  • That was good.

  • 1:18

"From now on all remaining agents and trainee's be known as James Bond 007, including the girls"

HAHAHAH i laughed so hard in real life when he said that it's fuckin hilarious!

  • The only time crap has been better sold was in the "Alone in the Dark" trailer.

  • Thank you putting tha class act David Nivens in as james bond. he was to have been 007 but changes where made. Hay could you do a new one with Nivens for the Q of S flim??? He was great as Sir. Chales in the Pink Pather

  • Heh - good work :)

  • at 1:59 was it just me or did i see a ufo??? xD

  • No, there is a UFO in this version. It kidnaps Bond's daughter.

  • Your version rocks!

  • This is one of the great unofficial bond movies ever!

  • Seeing as there's only been two, that's not much praise...

  • i love 0:59, 1:28 and 1:55..i keep replaying 1:55

  • Hilarous, Ronnie Corbett in a Bond film! Woulda thought?

    "Who is Le Chiffre?"

    "No one knows..."

    "... Not even Le Chiffre!"

  • "You're absolutely crazy."

    "I think she's right..."

  • Is this really all from the original? was it a comedy?

  • yes it was a parody

  • Capolavoro.

    Masterpiece.

  • wicked. how did u get just the music from the trailer???

  • Nicely done - you actually made it look like a good movie!

  • Fantastic work, Lloyd. Well done!

  • super

  • Superlative....pity you couldn't edit the WHOLE film.

  • one of my favorite films

  • A respectable rendition!

  • Hehe, classic comedy.

  • three people from the Pink Panther series is in this film David Niven, Peter Sellers, and Burt Kwoek.

  • and Graham Stark.

  • oh yeah I forgot

  • David Niven was originaly intended to be james bond but they chose Sean Conrey instead

  • As was Cary Grant (m'thinks Dr No was an unknown project, then, Niv & Grant may have thought it could flop ?)

  • Wow - it was really well done!

  • I have heard this movie is stupid. Will someone give me their opinion?

  • Yeah, it's... pretty stupid. It was plagued with production problems and it doesn't make any sense. And I mean ANY sense. It has a good scene or two, but honestly, this trailer is better than the entire movie by a long shot.

  • It's not stupid

It's just not a regular James Bond film.

  • This makes me want to see the movie, even though I know it may not be great, if for no other reason than to say I did.. You should be proud of yourself for making so a well done trailer for it, though.

  • Honestly, from the opening to the end, I have to say that this is one of the best spoofs I have seen. I have the original movie and just cracked up when I saw this! Congrats! Can't wait for more!

  • BRAVO...You got the right mix of suspense and campiness.

You should be listed as the final director of this misguided film which went through so many personnel changes.

  • very good cut

  • WOOOOW!!!! This was an amazing job you did there!!! Finally a spoof trailer that is done professionally! Congrats!

  • That actually makes it look like a good movie that I wouldn't regret watching afterwards. "Well done, James."

  • That was awseome !!!

Thank you for such a great spin on a whackey spoof !

    Good Show !

  • love the bubbles!

  • "who is le' chiffre?"

"nobody know's... Not even le' chiffre" lol

  • YES! I so glad someone finally got that!!!

  • If i didnt see the real one i would of thiought this was real

  • very well

  • WOW, it makes the movie look like a serious one.

  • This had one of the most impressive megastar studded casts ever assembled plus beauties galore: Daliah Lavi, Ursula Andress & co.

  • And it was still crap :( You can see where Mike myers got inspiration for austin powers though.

  • Great - this makes the old Casino Royale look like a good film!

  • Excellent work!

  • how i miss this british style!!!!!

  • great movie

  • APPLAUSE

  • extremely well done. mad props, specially since the real casino royale trailer is one of my fav trailers of all time

  • yea that looked so real i would be fooled lol

  • I agree with thegreatactor. Too good. : D

You made it look so real!

  • Nicely done, good chap. ;)

  • Awesome!

  • Is all I can say is it makes you wanna go out and rent the 67 version. 'nuff said.

  • Oh, and I forgot to add: Fantastic trailer! Actually made this spoof look like the real thing. Hilarious!

  • jim17012 --

That was Joanna Pettet playing Bond's daughter.

  • Great combination of the music and the movie! Nice job!

  • Excellent ! You make it look like a proper Bond film - but let's not forget it was MADE as a spoof. (BTW - who is Bond's daughter - mmm!)

  • I think that complete cast crew is from first movie of Pink Panther.

Really great combination of funny movie and serious music... :) :)

  • not really only David Niven and Peter Sellers were in the original film

  • Mata Bond. Apparently, she's an illegitimate daughter of Bond and Mata Hari.

  • You're correct.

  • cooooool

  • this looks good, too good?

  • Never has crap been so well sold. :) very good.

  • The lions are only curious!

  • Woaw ! Great !!!!!!!!!

  • Great job! This would really pull in an audience. Very well done.

  • The end montage was very well done.

  • Now do one for Casino Royale 1954! :-)

  • Do you mean the TV movie with the American 'Jimmy' Bond?

  • Its as professional a trail as you can find...love it

  • FANTASTIC!

  • NICE awesome trailer

  • This is perfect.

  • Un trvail fantastique ! Immense !!! J'adore et je cautionne !

  • This is one of the best videos that I have ever seen on Youtube - Well done!!

  • Very nice! I loved it!

  • Wow. That... was... AWESOME!

  • Well done, Lloyd!!

  • good job

  • BRILLIANT. That's all I'm gonna say.

  • That was great! It looked like a serious movie.

  • it WAS a serious movie..a seriously funny movie!!!!

  • It was, indeed, a riot. Provided you were the sort who could dispense with "reality" enough to allow you appreciate the slapstic (I know a lot of people couldn't).

In the '67 film, for example, supreme-villain "Dr. No(ah) was played by none other than Woody Allen. If you've never seen the film, that alone should give you the idea.

We did'nt use the term back then, but today's "BRILLIANT" does describe it, I think....

  • Well, a lot of people must've appreciated the slapstick at the time... it was a huge hit. Nowadays though, it's the Bond movie people would just rather forget. Sad really, it is a very funny movie.

  • Brilliant!

  • the music up until the MGM lions roar is from the Casino Royale (2006) soundtrack, its called 'The Name's Bond... James Bond'. After that its simply the music from the Casino Royale (2006) trailer with the voices removed in Adobe Premiere Pro.

  • Hee hee! that was spot on!

Please check out some of my Bond trailers - the latest (at least) has a similar sense of silly humour to this masterpiece. Well done!

  • You did an amazing job, friend. Excellent!

  • That was AMAZING!

And 67 is so much better than 06, despite 06 not being a remake. 67 is just more fun.

  • did ufo just fly over parliment at the end lmao

  • There is actually three versons of casino royale

    1. was the B/W verson that I don't remember what was the year.

    2. The 1967 verson, I'm calling it the comedy verson but in the 007 area.

and last the 3. the 2006 verson the story is more closer to the books than ever before. Also the 06 verson takes place in the future verson of bond not a remake from the past.

  • Thats awesome! Amazing. Brilliant work and very well edited.

  • Great work!!!

  • This Casino Royale was a spoof that was not made by EON Productions, who make the Connery-Lazenby-Moore-Brosnan-Dalton-Craig Bonds. It starred David Niven, Peter Sellers, Woody Allen and handful of other famous 60s actors. It is also considered an unadulterated MESS. Something like 5 different directors were called in to try to fix it- and failed miserably. It has no connection to the latest Casino Royale, thank God.

  • EXCELLENT!!!!

  • great Lloyd

  • awesome job!

  • I love Jamesbond but this actor playhing jamesbond looks like a nerd

  • Thats why it was a spoof.

  • wow you did a great job!

  • I loved it! What a great trailer! I love the original movie nothing beats it

  • I love the 1967 version, and I really liked this trailer - but even a real Bond style trailer can't make this movie look less silly :-)

  • hahaha pretty good :)

  • Lloyd! You are a genius! That was utterly brilliant! I enjoyed the 1967 film, haven't yet seen the 2006 one, but that was brilliant! Are you a professional editor? You ought to be! I'll look at your other work!

  • Looks better than the 06 version's trailer lol

  • NO WAY!! The 2006 version is cooler b/c it is the remake!

  • What are you on about, Casino Royale 2006 is not a remake, this one here is a spoof.

  • Oh, that was priceless. Very, very imaginative and top notch editing. Well, done, my friend. You've made the spoof look like no one thought it could look.

  • Ha! Funnier by far than the movie actually was.

  • Very accurate 10/10 looks surreal

  • Nice piece of editing making the 67 version look half good. (I like the 67 version for its pure awfulfness and the soundtrack).

  • LOL.

I watched Casino Royale '06 and it sucked. Your trailer has made me happy again.

  • Spot-on and brilliant! Great work. Thanks.

  • Your trailer is much better than the movie. Very impressive.

  • I just watched the '67 version on cable, not less than 5 minutes ago, and I have to say that this is absolutely brilliant.

  • that was great!

  • Brilliant! Amazing how the 67 version does play like a traditional Bond film when its framed that way.

  • great loving it lol.

  • Genious lol

  • I probably won't see the old version, but that was a good trailer!
