Yes, Brian does. On the scene after this one he and Justin are having sex on Brian's bed. Justin says: "I can't believe you are fucking me again". Brian answers: "It was your idea to seal Ted's Viagra". So they have a lot of sex, but what happened to Ted does not happen to Brian. Brian's mother shows ap at the loft unannouced and finds out Brian is gay, because Justin was in his bedroom. After this incident, Brian loses his hardness! I hope that helped.
