It is called Cordobesita, a girl from Cordoba, by Frescedo, a beautiful song. If you search on YT with Bruno Tombari and Mariangeles Caamaño or Biezenmortel (either 2007 or 2008, I don't remember), you'll find also a very very beautiful tango by them using this song.
