I fucking love Refused. They were out of this goddamn world and few bands match the intensity and creativity that they as a hardcore band achieved. They are the best, I have yet to see a band knock me on my ass as hard as they did.

I don't like The Lost Patrol Band, but I fucking love Songs About Running Away back when it was just Dennis' own solo project, it's outstanding. I would recommend it even to those that don't like Lost Patrol Band, it's a really great album.

Refused was just a teenage angst filled generic hardcore band. The shape of punk to come was, for me, one of the worst album ever. The lost Patrol Band is really a good band, million times better than Refused coul've ever be. Love that
