Well this is not scientifically proven or anything but if you know someone and are around them for a while, you usually get to see how they behave or react to certain situations i.e Are they kind or not? Do they have issues? Previous bad experience in relationships (blaming men for everything which is common with women) Do you think they are looking for drama? Do you believe they are trust worthy. These are just first pointers that determine if they are the "One" or not.
