Sure, but for natural voices that is extremely difficult. With the amount of time that has passed between this and his more recent projects, a change in his voice seems more likely.

That's Dr. Katz, it used to come on back in the late 80's 90's. Don't judge it from this little part. Check out one of the episodes with Dave Chapelle or Jan Karem and then see if you like it.
