Great advice. Current changes & preparing for a new era understandably causes anxiety & can remove balance. Sadly humanity tends to shy away from change its uncomfortable but change allows new growth. In my opinion your own spirituality (not religion) & world history are keys to understanding why change happens. To gain insight you have to have balance not hysteria, sadly hysteria can come from all quarters.
