No one in Iran calls themselves "Fars." They call themselves "Irani." Farsi is a language, and Persian is a Western name. Indigenous Farsi speakers identify with the closest city, ie-Isfahani, Shirazi, Tehrani, Herati, Samarkandi, Bukhari, etc.

Nordic features like blonde hair, blue eyes etc.. are due a recessive gene and are undesirable in humans. The true aryan is dark haired and light skinned (like olive) and not white, although you can find aryans who are very fair with light hair to very dark (almost black) with black hair (see the similarity with the labrador breed).These aryan traits are very common in India.
