Well thank you 1feistydst. You made my day! As far as the detox, it went well for 5 days.... I started on a Monday and by Friday I was eating food again.. I couldn't do it. But I was proud that I got by that long because a lot of people said they couldn't go past a day or two. I couldn't get over the people who did the liquid diet for 30 days and more! LOL!!! But I know I have to get back into making more videos.
