An Easier Way To Make A Border Is To Make A New Layer, CTRL+A. Then Go To Edit, Stroke, And Choose Inside. Then Pick A Color And Size And Ur Done.

This is good, but your not really teching them how to thro in effects themselves, I mean like get the brush tool out and make the effects around it. It would look 10x better though. But yours was still good, turned out pretty nice :)

@DopeNaruto I have to say this, there are more videos tutoring you on how to make a quality sig but it basically means you have to wat 2 to 6 parts and I basically know that you all want a short video but at very least helps you on making a quality sig.

i have problem when i want to use any tool i click on the image there any of the tools nothing happens plus it doesnt show the brush tool it shows the hand tool i change it to brush tool it still shows me the hand tool
